We were extremely impressed when we first met with Donatas from Tailored Lofts to discuss our plans for a loft (double dormer) and side-return kitchen extension. Obtaining numerous quotes from builders was a daunting experience and the variance in cost simply shocking. Donatas has exceptional attention to detail, is approachable and extremely honest. He carefully reviewed our architect drawings and plans and invested considerable time with us to answer all our questions and address any concerns. Having never undertaken a project of this nature before, we felt quite daunted by the prospect. Donatas took time and care in helping us to navigate the process (building regulations, planning applications & party wall agreements etc) in conjunction with our architect. Not only did he come across as very knowledgeable but the quote was highly competitive. The build itself went very smoothly and the site manager was always available, coming on site most days to ensure progress was taking place as planned. The job was completed on time and within the agreed quote (no surprise extras) and the team were happy to bolt on additional work we discussed together along the way. We are so happy with the standard and quality of work. The team on site were exceptionally reliable, hardworking, diligent, considerate, tidy and trustworthy (they even fed our cat whilst we were away!). We would not hesitate to use Tailored Lofts again in the future and would fully recommend them.

From our initial contact to the end of our building project Donnatus, Arvydas and his team were prompt and proffessional. We went with this firm because their quote was very clear,concise and reasonable. The project included a 6 meter extension, garage conversion and loft roof refurbishment.They team put in long hours working efficiently managing any difficulties they met were tidy and respectful.The overall finish including decorating was completed to a very high standard with no loose ends.All the team were trustworthy and very security aware always locking up carefully at the end of the day. Both Donnatus and his foreman Arvydas were available and helpful throughout the project. We are very happy to recommend them to others.

We were impressed that he always considered every little detail and helped us decide the best way to proceed with the project. The work has been completed to a very high quality and we are really pleased with the finished look. The work was also finished on time and within budget. Tailored Lofts took care of our loft extension as well as the complete refurbishing of our bathroom and we were very impressed with both works. Donatas and his team are very good professionals, extremely responsive and solution oriented and helped us all the way, from the design to the choice of materials. They offer a very good service at the best price possible on the market. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
Excellent service, always prompt, polite, came up with good suggestions whenever we faced a challenge along the way, the team were hard working and were on budget and deadline. It’s the first time I’ve ever taken on such a huge and costly renovation and Donatas and his team were extremely easy to deal with. I was expecting it to be painful, especially as that’s what you hear from most people who undergo renovations and it wasn’t at all. Highly recommend Tailored Lofts.
